Back at the Blackhawk Museum parking lot in Danville for the All British Motor Show on Sunday, October 18, 2026.
The show has a cosy neighbourhood feel, especially early in the morning.
The turnout was modest, but the cars were all British, with rare examples spanning several generations. The smaller gathering also left plenty of space between cars, particularly between brands, giving the show room to breathe.
And of course, the trees, bushes and low autumn sun added so much to the appeal of the photos.
My highlights were the side bodylines of the Triumph TR4 through TR6, the Aston Martin Valhalla, an ice-cream-white V12 Jaguar E-Type and the PA announcements.
